Hi, I'm Lauren!

I’m so glad you found your way here—welcome!

I’m a full-time wedding, boudoir + lifestyle photographer based in Michigan, capturing love stories and life’s sweetest moments in all their beautiful, messy, and joyful forms. This isn’t just a job for me; it’s my passion, my heart, and something I feel so lucky to call my career.

Photography has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and honestly, I can’t imagine a world without it. There’s something so magical about freezing a moment in time and turning it into a memory that you’ll treasure forever.

I’m driven by emotion—it’s at the core of who I am and how I approach my work. I feel everything deeply (seriously, I’ll cry at your vows and your first dance), and I channel all that heart into telling your story through a lens of honesty, connection, and feeling.

I believe in the power of authentic, vulnerable moments. My style is all about letting the real you shine—those playful giggles, sneaky glances, and heartfelt hugs that make your story uniquely yours. I focus on the in-between moments that often go unnoticed, and together, we’ll create images that feel like you.

Oh, and we’re going to have a blast doing it! If you’re ready to laugh, dance in the golden hour light, and make some unforgettable memories, I’d love to be your photographer. Let’s create some magic!

My photography style:

I believe your photos should reflect the real beauty of your day—bold, true to life, and emotional. I don’t follow the dark and moody or light and airy trends. Instead, I capture the world as it is—the golden sunsets, deep blue skies, and vibrant greens—preserving your memories in rich, authentic color.

my Approach: Documentary Meets Editorial

My style is a blend of documentary and editorial photography—meaning I capture both the real, unscripted moments and the beautifully guided ones.

The Documentary Side: Genuine, in-the-moment emotions—the laughter, the quiet glances, the way your dress moves.

The Editorial Side: Gentle direction to help you feel natural and confident, without stiff or forced posing.

The result? Timeless, vibrant images that make you feel the moment all over again. Let’s capture your story exactly as it was.

If you want someone to capture your memories, hype you up, and bring all the good vibes—I'm your girl!

  • My wife and I eloped in Glacier National Park in 2023, and when we're not adventuring, we're living the farm life with our chickens, planning our dream home on 65 acres in Michigan.

  • When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me editing with a cup of green tea, listening to an audiobook (yes, it counts as reading), or cozying up with our dogs, some wine, and a Netflix binge. #LoveIsBlind

  • Photography has been my passion since I was 17, inspired by my best friend—a globally published photographer and OG mermaid shoot queen.

  • Fun fact: I hate flying (Bridesmaids plane scene energy), but I’ll still hop on a plane for the perfect shot. Dream destinations? Ireland, Italy, Iceland, Puerto Rico—basically, anywhere with mountains.

  • Oh, and I do Jiu Jitsu! I started in 2024, and it’s been life-changing. If you want to talk Jiu Jitsu or need a push to try it, I’m your hype woman.

At the end of the day, I’m here to make you feel seen, celebrated, and amazing. Let’s create something unforgettable together!
